“We recently used Kristyn to help us sell our Bedford, NH home before making a big move down south. From beginning to end (and beyond), she was amazing. We knew as soon as we met with her, that she was the perfect fit for us. She was so flexible and constantly kept us in the loop for everything (even while we were away on vacation when our home was listed). She made the whole selling process for the home we loved, as seamless and easy for us as possible. Her positive attitude with everything was a constant reassurance what felt like daily. But the true value we got from Kristyn was outside of the selling process, and really shows how big and loving of a heart she has, and thank you truly does not feel like enough. On closing day, we had a huge fiasco with our movers and I don't know what we would have done without her that day (and that was outside of closing). She went above and beyond from being our realtor by helping us through an extremely stressful and emotional day from helping us with our cat (picking her up from boarding while we were at closing), to opening her home to our family (giving my nervous wreck of a cat a safe space to not be stuck in a crate any longer, giving our children and place to stretch their legs and get out of the car, and even feeding them when we were supposed to hit the road after closing and we were nearing 5pm that day). Kristyn check a lot of boxes that people look for in an real estate agent, but it was everything she did that was above and beyond that stood out to us.
